Mrea Regional Apprenticeship Training - Crow Wing Power 2026

It takes place at Crow Wing Power in Brainerd, Minnesota.

The intended attendees are apprentices registered through the MREA Apprenticeship Program.

Participants are told to arrive in the usual work clothing and protective gear they wear on the job, as they would for the hotline schools MREA runs, so expect field-ready outerwear and sturdy boots for a training day in Minnesota in early October.

It is meant for apprentices enrolled in the MREA Apprenticeship Program, who are expected to attend a regional training once each spring and fall, so it matters mainly for them and their supervising utilities. Anyone outside the program would get little from it, since it is two days of hands-on skills training at Crow Wing Power rather than an open conference.
