The organizer identifies rural leaders and rural people broadly as its audience.
It is most useful for community organizers, local economic development staff and small-town leaders who want peer connections more than technical training, since the summit is a network-building gathering that started in Keene, NH and draws rural people of all kinds. Those looking for a vendor-heavy expo, formal credits or a narrow professional track would get less from it, because the framing is about reckoning with change and sharing practices rather than product or certification content.
